Wovenfloors is a well-established family owned boutique Manufacturing business steeped in the tradition of Rug Making. A tradition that we as the third generation are carrying forward into the 21st century with a fresh approach. An approach where the efficiency of a corporate organization is flavoured with the warmth and personalization of a family run business, where the standardization of processes is tinged with flexibility and adaptability.
With a vision to cater to the niche market, with individualistic taste and a passion for perfection, where everything has to be just right, we stepped up to the challenge with Our Fully owned manufacturing facility. We have the ability to produce both small, one of a kind orders as well as large volumes with equal efficiency and fanatical attention to detail in terms of quality, design and colour accuracy. All this is achieved in a tight and reliable delivery time frame on a consistent basis, with a steady communication process.
We believe in letting the imaginations of our clientele flow and also assist in their design concerns – our work ethic is based on trying to understand the client first and then working on their orders.
At the production end, we are committed to developing strong work ethics and pride ourselves in working as a team. Happily for us at Woven Floors, our passion has turned into our profession. Having been exposed to yarns and weaves ,textures and surfaces, and beautiful coloured graphs since our early days, this was an instinctive choice of work. This is where our creativity flows, ideas are mooted, experiments are done, discussions, disagreements happen, deadline pressures and hot tempers are dealt with and the final sigh of relief and exhilaration taken.
We have delivered custom rugs to clients in as little as 2 weeks, and deliver within 6 weeks as a matter of routine ,All this a result of our passion and continuously pushing the envelope . Each Order goes through a closely monitored strictly time bound stage of material procurement, making the graph, dyeing the yarn, colour matching, colour checking, weaving, finishing and the final packing and shipping. Each stage is an amalgamation of multiple tasks often flowing over to the next stage – thus making the challenges all the more testing.

Our sizeable team comprises of management , Admin staff , quality controllers , Production monitoring staff , dyers, weavers , finishers , embossers, packers and a host of general workers . We all take our individual responsibilities extremely seriously and this reflects in the end product. We all think it feels great to be part of such a large team that works so well together……And our company days out are not bad either!
